My Story
From a young age, I knew I wanted to care for children. After training as a Chiltern Nanny in 2007, I worked in a variety of roles from Nursery and school based work to Proxy parenting and nannying new-born twins. In 2009 I became a Maternity Practitioner and began working particularly with multiple babies. In 2013 I certified as a Sleep Consultant and I haven’t looked back since. I have been working as a Daily maternity nurse or nanny since and work nights supporting new parents. Helping families who are experiencing a lack of sleep is very satisfying. In 2015 I became a parent myself and understand in more depth the challenges families face.

Over the years I have completed further courses on Tongue-Tie, Child Psychology, Attachment, Montessori training, COVID Awareness, Food Safety and recently a Gentle Sleep Coach course to keep my training and knowledge up to date.

I also keep my DBS updated, hold Public Liability Insurance, OFSTED registration and am First Aid Qualified.

I find it particularly rewarding assisting parents in the early weeks and teaching and guiding them with feeding, settling and sleep to ensure I leave behind a contented household.
